Graduation Guidelines 2012-2013
Depending on your situation you may need one or more of the following forms:

Application for Independent Study
Permission to Walk Form
Transfer Course Approval Form
Petition for Reading and Conference
CLEP Information Sheet
Make sure to submit this form with all signatures included! Only when you fill out this application can we begin your degree audit.
GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 1, 2012 FOR DECEMBER GRADUATES
GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 1, 2012 FOR MAY GRADUATES
All students - Go to NSLDS and click on Exit Counseling:
http://www.nslds.ed.gov/TEACH Grant recipients should complete Teach Grant Exit Counseling. Click on the link below and then click Teach Grant >> Exit Counseling.
Download and fill out the Cap and Gown Order Form.
Email completed form to Registrar@arizonachristian.edu by March 1, 2013 with subject line: Cap and Gown.
You may order graduation announcements if you wish at Jostens. Just click on Find My School's Store and search for Arizona Christian University.

You may bring a maximum of 10 guests to each event. Please RSVP and provide the exact number of guests so we can account for your entire party! The reception will include dessert. |

Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Arizona Christian University, Student Activity Center in the Fultz Memorial Gymnasium.
FRI May 24
Dessert Reception
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Arizona Christian University, Student Activity Center in the Fultz Memorial Gymnasium.
Reception Attire: Business Casual / Dressy.
SAT May 25
Commencement Ceremony
Time: 11:00 a.m. (All graduates required to arrive at 8:30 a.m. for class pictures.)

Commencement Attire:
Ladies: Sunday dress (dark if dress or slacks goes below gown), hose, dark dress shoes (either flat or low heel; no sandals, high heels or flip-flops)
Men: Shirt & Tie, dress slacks (dark), socks, dark dress shoes (no sandals or flip-flops)
