All Arizona Christian University Scholarships require students to be enrolled full time and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA (unless otherwise noted).
Scholarships listed on this website are available to students who will begin enrollment at ACU starting Fall 2013. Students who started at ACU prior to Fall 2013 are encouraged to contact the financial aid office at financialaid@arizonachristian.edu for any questions or concerns regarding scholarships.
President’s Scholarship (Full Tuition)
Requirements: Minimum 3.85 GPA (non-weighted) AND ACT 30 composite score or SAT 1340 combined math/verbal score. Available to first-time freshman students ONLY. Renewal: 3.7 cumulative GPA

Pierson Academic Excellence Award ($44,000 over four years)

Renewal: 3.5 cumulative GPA
Provost’s Scholar Award ($36,000 over four years)

Renewal: 3.0 cumulative GPA
Dean’s Honor Award ($28,000 over four years)

Renewal: 2.75 cumulative GPA
Transfer Scholar Award ($7,000 per year)
Requirements: Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
Renewal: 3.5 cumulative GPA
Transfer Achievement Award ($5,000 per year)
Requirements: 3.0-3.49 Cumulative GPA.
Renewal: 3.0 cumulative GPA
Transfer Merit Award ($2,500 per year)
Requirements: 2.5-2.99 Cumulative GPA
Renewal: 2.0 GPA
Servant Leaders’ Scholarship (Full Tuition)

Church Matching (Amount Up to $2,000)
Must receive financial sponsorship from a church. ACU will match up to $500 of support per semester. Church Matching Application required. Sponsorship check should be payable to Arizona Christian University and attached to application. If sponsoring for both Fall and Spring semesters, checks should be written separately for each semester (submitted in August and January).
Heart & Seoul Gospel Ministries Scholarship ($3,000)
Minimum 3.0 GPA. Desire to work in Korean or third world missions. Separate application and interview required. Must reapply each year. Application deadline: March 1, 2013.
Firestorm Award (Varies)

ACU Grant (Varies)
Additional scholarships are available to students based on demonstrated financial need. A separate application is required for these scholarships. Application available late Spring.
ACU Grants are made possible by donations from friends of ACU including, but not limited to: Davidson, Dowell, C. Lewis Montgomery, Rock, Taylor, Pierson, Barbara Judd Memorial, Ruth V. Beighley, Bryan Hopper, Southwest Conservative Baptist Women, Pastor Don Engram Honorary, Pickering and West Sedona.
Athletic Scholarships (Varies)
These tryout-based annual scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional athletic talent. Scholarships are determined by the Athletic Department. Contact the Athletic Department for complete details.
Music Scholarships (Varies)
These audition-based annual scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional music talent. Vocal and instrumental scholarships are available and awarded on an audition-basis only. Contact the Music Department for complete details.
