Degree Completion Program
The School of Professional and Adult Studies offers a Degree Completion Program (DCP) that includes Bachelor Degrees in Behavioral Health, Business Administration, and Christian Ministries.
Continuing Education Unit (CEU) classes are also offered to a variety of professional groups. CEU offering will be posted on this page under “Upcoming Events” when available.
About the Program
The Degree Completion Program (DCP) is designed for working adults who are ready to take the next step in their education. ACU is committed to helping adult students successfully complete their college degree. Whether an adult student joins the DCP to seek a promotion at work, retool for new employment or finish an unrealized goal, ACU offers a one-stop admissions experience and an accelerated class format. Students can complete their degree in as little as 20 months attending class one night a week.
The desire to finish what you started years ago is now doable!
Students who complete the Behavioral Health major will be able to choose from a variety of job opportunities in the mental health community and will be well prepared to pursue graduate work leading to licensure in counseling.
The Christian Ministries degree is designed to prepare leaders to function either in a church or nonprofit organization. The core curriculum is focused on establishing a solid biblical foundation and a Christian worldview essential for effectiveness in a variety of ministry areas.
Students completing the Business Administration degree have the option of choosing one of the following emphases to sharpen their knowledge and skills within a certain vocational area:
- Healthcare Management
- Homeland Security
- Information Technology
- Non-Profit Management
- Organizational Management
- Project Management
Schedules for each emphasis will depend upon enrollment levels.
