About the Academic Center

The Academic Center is open to all ACU students and provides tutoring and testing services free of charge. It is located on the 2nd floor of the Science building: Tutoring is in Room 315 and Testing in Room 320.
 

Drop-in Tutoring (Room 315)

The Academic Center offers drop-in tutoring services. To request one-on-one tutoring services outside of drop-in hours, please contact the Center via email: academiccenter@arizonachristian.edu.

Drop-in Tutoring Hours:

• Monday: 1 – 4 p.m.
• Tuesday: 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 1 – 3:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 1 – 3 p.m.

Testing (Room 320)

The Academic Center is open for students to make up tests with the instructor's permission. It is the student's responsibility to take tests during the Academic Center's testing hours.

Testing Hours:

• Monday, Friday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Study Groups

The Academic Center organizes various study groups on campus. Students will receive an e-mail from the Center if there is a study group for a class in which they are enrolled.
